These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game, including any related services, features, content, and platforms provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Account: A user account created by you to access the Service, which may include a username, password, and other registration information.
Content: Any and all materials and information made available through the Service, including but not limited to game software, graphics, audio, text, storylines, character designs, game rules, and user-generated content.
User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
In-Game Purchases: Any virtual goods, currency, items, or services that can be purchased within the Game using real money.
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an Account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach related to the Service.
3.2 Age Restrictions
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service and create an Account. We may, in our sole discretion, require proof of age and parental consent to verify compliance with this age restriction.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your Account and/or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
Fraudulent or abusive activity related to your Account;
Technical or security reasons.
Upon termination or suspension of your Account, you may lose access to all Content and In-Game Purchases associated with your Account. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss incurred as a result of such termination or suspension.
4.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
Use the Service for any commercial purpose, except as expressly authorized by us;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service;
Use any cheat codes, hacks, bots, or other unauthorized third-party software or tools to gain an unfair advantage in the Game;
Collect or harvest any user data, including but not limited to usernames, email addresses, or other personal information, without explicit consent;
Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful code or content;
Engage in any conduct that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful to other Users or us;
Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to our employees, representatives, or other Users;
Circumvent or disable any security features or technological protections implemented in the Service.
4.3 User Conduct
You agree to use the Service in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online conduct standards. You are responsible for all actions taken through your Account and for the consequences of those actions. We reserve the right to monitor User conduct and Content on the Service and to remove any Content that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
5.1 Ownership
All Content and intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trade names, are the exclusive property of us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service or any Content by using the Service.
5.2 User-Generated Content
If the Service allows you to create, submit, or share Content (such as user reviews, screenshots, or game strategies), you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in that Content. However, by submitting or sharing such Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform the Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5.3 Trademark Use
You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without our prior written consent. Any permitted use of our trademarks must be in a manner that does not cause confusion or dilution of our brand and must comply with these Terms.
6.1 Purchase Terms
In-Game Purchases are optional and can be purchased using real money. All sales of In-Game Purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits, except as required by applicable law. The availability and pricing of In-Game Purchases may vary by region and may change from time to time without notice.
6.2 Virtual Currency
Virtual currency, if available, is a digital representation of value that can be used to purchase In-Game Purchases within the Game. Virtual currency is not real currency and has no cash value outside of the Game. You may not transfer, sell, or trade virtual currency or In-Game Purchases to any third party, except as expressly permitted by us. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the availability of virtual currency at any time, and we will not be liable to you for any loss of virtual currency or In-Game Purchases as a result of such modifications or discontinuations.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.1 Term
These Terms are effective from the date you first access or use the Service and remain in effect until terminated by you or us.
8.2 Termination by You
You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Service and, if applicable, deleting your Account. However, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account until the Account is properly deleted.
8.3 Termination by Us
We may terminate these Terms and your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, as described in Section 3.3. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately expire, and you must stop all use of the Service.
9.1 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party resources, and we do not endorse or assume any liability for them. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR LICENSORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
